1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Routine Flow Timer (the “App”) handles information when you use the App.

Routine Flow Timer is designed as a local-first application. The App does not require user accounts, does not use cloud synchronization, and does not collect analytics or tracking data. Most information created or configured in the App remains stored exclusively on your device.

2. Information Processed by the App

The App processes information that you voluntarily create or configure, including:

• routines, routine names, and routine blocks
• timer durations and block settings
• favorite routines and primary routine preferences
• sound, notification, haptic, and appearance settings
• focus session history and timer statistics
• onboarding state and other local app preferences

The App does not require or request personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or device location.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage mechanisms provided by iOS.

The App does not transmit or store your routine data, session history, or settings on developer-controlled servers. Because no user accounts or cloud services are used, the developer does not have the ability to access, recover, or delete data stored on your device.

Your data remains on your device until you delete it in the App, reset the App’s data, or remove the App from your device.

4. Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications for timer completion and related reminders.

All notifications are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. Notification content is not transmitted to the developer.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through Apple’s in-app purchase system using StoreKit.

If you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. The developer does not receive your full payment card information or banking details. Apple may provide transaction or entitlement information necessary to confirm access to premium features.

6. Data Export and Sharing

The App may allow you to export your session history as a file and share it using iOS sharing features.

Exported data is only created when you choose to do so. Any further sharing of exported files is controlled by you through the iOS share sheet and any apps or services you choose to use.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.

The App uses Apple-provided frameworks and services strictly to support core functionality, such as StoreKit, UserNotifications and system sharing features. The App also includes licensed third-party audio assets bundled with the App for notification and timer sounds. These assets are included as app content and are not used to collect user data.

8. Data Collection and Sharing

Routine Flow Timer does not collect personal data for its own purposes.

The App does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Because the App does not require accounts and does not collect personal data from users directly, it is suitable for general audiences.

10. Data Security

The App relies on iOS security features, including app sandboxing and device-level protections, to help protect information stored on your device.

No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for securing access to your device, including the use of passcodes, Face ID, Touch ID, or other device protections.

11. Your Rights and Control

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights related to your personal information.

Because Routine Flow Timer stores data locally on your device and does not maintain user accounts or developer-controlled servers, most data access, correction, export, and deletion actions must be performed directly within the App or by removing the App from your device.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the App’s functionality or applicable legal requirements. Any updates will be published with a revised effective date.
